Isla Fuente was inspired by the popular computer game Tropico.  Similar to other construction and management simulation games like, RollerCoaster Tycoon and Sim City, Tropico focuses around a fictional Caribbean island nation where the player is able to build and develop cities and towns.  In addition to construction and planning, the player controls various policies of the island from economics to politics. 

Isla Fuente is a single sketch by Stevan Pirkovic with pen and paper.  This piece explores what a fictional island in the Gulf of Mexico or Balearic Sea might look like.  Isla Fuente literally translates from Spanish to, “Island Source”.
